1. Hat, or preferred headgear. Skull caps are great as you can swim with it on and they are not affected by wind. beanie for the cold evenings around the camp.
2. Suntan lotion. Factor 2 at least
3. High collars light weight shirts - stop your neck from burning
4. Long and short pants depending on the vegetation when hiking with belt for your Leatherman and for using as a tourniquet.
5. Proper hiking shoes with good laces
6. Personal medication, Antihistamine, Lomotil and pain killers
7. Camera & binoculars
8. Rucksack and waterbottle or 2L cooldrink bottle with fresh water
9. Cellphone fully charged.

Off-Road trailers are allowed on most of the trails, but when phoning or booking please do not forget to enquire,. Some of the trails may be servere.

Please also make sure that all trailers are in a roadworthy condition
