OFF-TRAC TOURS reserves the right to change any route and/or arrangements where these may be necessary. We also reserve the right to accept or refuse any person as a member of our tour at any time, without giving reason therefore.

It should be noted that, while the personnel of OFF-TRAC TOURS will take every reasonable precaution for your safety, it is however, impossible to guarantee your safety, in view of the difficult terrain and type of vehicle driven. Tours are therefore undertaken only on the clear understanding that any person/s attending these tours accepts the inherent risks involved. For this reason all persons should be covered by his or her own insurance and liability. On signing for this tour the signatory waivers his/her right to any claim whatsoever which he/she, his or her successors, dependants of the family, might have in respect of any injury or damage arising , directly or indirectly,  for the duration of any tour/s organized on behalf of or held by OFF-TRAC TOURS.

OFF-TRAC TOURS and their servants and agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of loss, damage, injury, death, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or other personal property or effects.
